For ease of use, we recommend ziplock bags with a white block. Take the bags and label them for use. You might label one bag: “Morning with meal.” Another bag could be labeled “Mid-morning w/o meal.” And so on. We recommend very small bags, perhaps the 2×3 mil ziplock bags so that you can carry several bags together without having too much of a bulk of plastic with you.
